The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

Driver: John Doe
No / Team: #1 Demo Team 1
Time: 15:03
Session: Race
Fact: Collision with car #2

Infringement: Breach of Article 9.5 of the Sporting Regulations

Decision: Drivethrough Penalty

Reason: Car #1 turned in to the apex while car #2 was alongside by a significant portion before turn-in. This caused a collision that spun car #2.

Teams are reminded of their right to appeal Stewards Decisions up until one week after the chequered flag, under the condition that they can show new evidence that supports their case. The fee for an appeal is € 5 and will be reimbursed if the team wins the appeal. If the appeal is dismissed, the fee is not reimbursed.
