Can I change classes or cars after signing up?
Short answer: no.
Long answer: if you wish to change classes or cars after signing up, you need to submit a new signup. Be aware that you might not be eligible for a refund. As mentioned in the refund rules, a cancellation fee may apply if your entry was already fully processed. However, in many cases the management will be able to provide a discount for the new signup. Contact us through the ticket system on Discord to discuss the situation.
Any entry that changes classes or cars during the season relinquishes all accumulated points.
Payments & Refunds
Who needs to pay the entry fee?
The entry fee needs to be paid when you sign up a car. It’s a fixed amount per car, not per driver.
The member signing up and paying for the car is automatically assigned the Team Manager role. Therefore, it’s recommended for the team manager to process the payment. However, you can assign additional Team Managers after signup, so if another member of the team does the signup, the manager can still get manager access afterwards.
How can I pay the entry fee?
You can find links to the signup page on multiple pages on our website: Home, Information and Signup. Click on the entry fee you wish to pay (regular or premium) and then fill out the form to sign up with all the correct information. At the final step of the form, you will be asked to pay the entry fee through our payment provider Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
You pay for the right to race in our events. By participating in a race, you use that right and are therefore ineligible for a refund. If you cancel before taking part in a race, you can get a (partial) refund. The management might charge a cancellation fee of $10 if your entry was already processed and admitted into the series. Entries that withdraw during the season, as well as entries that get excluded for breaching the regulations are not eligible for a refund.
If you get waitlisted and fail to acquire a spot in the championship, for example when the amount of waitlisted teams is not enough to create an extra split, your order will be cancelled automatically and you will receive a refund within 2 weeks after being notified by the management.
